Refund policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted ritual and herbal products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at 3wishesapothecary@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Because our products are made in individual batches with natural ingredients, variations in color, texture, and scent are normal and not considered defects. 

We are not responsible for misuse of products. Please real all descriptions and use instructions carefully before purchasing.
